Proceed as follows:

1. Prepare the porridge according to package directions. If you don’t have the porridge mix I used, any porridge will do. Buckwheat porridge for example!

2. Mix the ingredients for the milk and season to taste.

3. Serve the porridge with milk and optional toppings such as sea buckthorn, raspberries, blueberries, sesame and pumpkin seeds.
