Between the sun, the sand, or the salt, the hair is put to the test this summer. It is therefore essential to protect them during this period. Like the skin, the hair needs to be protected and nourished to avoid a straw effect. For this, we rely on care and masks.

Apply masks regularly during your vacation and do not hesitate to take oil baths to let stand for several hours without exposing yourself to the sun. Limit your shampoos so as not to further damage your hair. Finally, protect your hair with a serum to protect it from external aggressions.

1. Lemon, olive oil, and egg yolk
For this recipe, nothing could be simpler, just mix egg yolk, a tablespoon of olive oil, and another lemon juice.
Distribute the preparation on dry hair and leave on for 10 minutes and rinse thoroughly, then washing your hair as usual.
2. Avocado and egg
The avocado/egg mixture will provide you with deep hydration. To do this, mix the yolk of an egg and a crushed avocado. Apply the preparation all over your hair and wrap with a hot towel for 30 minutes. Rinse everything and shampoo.
3. Coconut milk and olive oil
Like the other masks, the coconut milk and olive oil combo will provide you with the necessary hydration. In a bowl, mix five tablespoons of olive oil and coconut milk and apply the mask to wet hair. Leave on for 5 minutes or more and you’re done!
4. Coconut oil and yogurt
6 tablespoons of plain yogurt, 1 whole egg, 4 tablespoons of coconut oil: mix everything for a smooth and homogeneous paste. The preparation is applied to damp hair and left to stand for 15 minutes. We rinse and we shampoo, nothing could be simpler.
5. Honey, sweet almond oil, and egg yolk
If your hair breaks and lacks shine after summer, this is the perfect mask.
You will need 3 tablespoons of honey, 4 tablespoons of sweet almond oil, and egg yolk. When the paste is homogeneous, apply it to all of your hair and leave it on for 20 minutes before rinsing with clean water.
