Negative Thinking Syndrome: The Importance of Being Present in the Now

The human body, an intricate entity, showcases not only physical well-being but also mental, emotional, and psychological conditions. Disregarding the body’s signals may result in the development of illnesses that can impact long-term wellness. In an age saturated with technology and an overflow of information, it is essential to comprehend how these factors influence our well-being.

1. Influence of Technology and Information Overload

Our constant connection to technology inundates us with negative information. This detachment from ourselves and our necessities can contaminate every aspect of our being – mentally, emotionally, and energetically.

The mind functions as a receptor for cues that affect our state. For example, accessing tragedies lowers the body’s frequency, crystallizing as if it were our own. This connection of thoughts and emotions can lead to the manifestation of diseases.

We are emotional accumulators, registering it in the body, mind, and energy from even before birth; Accumulating isolated facts, and crystallizing them in the form of diseases. Unfortunately, we have been raised and indoctrinated to suppress tears, hide feelings, and seek external justifications for our pain, blaming others or the world. This victim mentality can be extremely painful to confront. Until we address these wounds and rid our bodies of this toxicity, we will continue to attract pain as the antidote for healing. We are the creators of the life we live, and to build the life we desire, we must confront pain and strive to elevate our mental, energetic, and vibrational frequencies.

2. Spiritual and Emotional Connections

Our existence as vibrational beings connects us to spiritual frequencies. The pursuit of situations of conflict, pain, and imbalance feeds unbalanced spiritual entities. By absorbing low frequencies, we are encouraged to seek more of these toxic experiences, affecting our emotional and spiritual health.

It’s crucial to be mindful of the energies we absorb through choices like music, videos, and interactions as they influence our journey. Understanding the vibrations around us plays a role in maintaining a harmonious balance.

3. Creating a Healthy Home Environment

The practice of removing shoes before entering the house extends beyond keeping things clean; it’s about preserving our holistic wealth. However, focusing solely on physical cleanliness is not enough. Everything we think, say, and do at home leaves an impression on the walls, furniture, and air.

The home should be our second temple; the first is the physical body. It should be a space to recharge energies. If we neglect the disposal of emotional, vibrational, and mental garbage, we bring into the house a negative charge that impacts the health of the family, relationships, prosperity, and everything we can manifest in life.

4. Toxic Relationships and Influences

Living in an environment laden with emotional and vibrational garbage directly affects interpersonal relationships. Absorbing negative energies from interactions, sensationalist media and negative thoughts can result in conflicts, depression, feelings of unworthiness or unloved. The quality of our relationships is closely tied to the atmosphere we reside in. Taking care of the purity of this environment is crucial to preserving emotional well-being.

5. Financial and Emotional Prosperity

Financial prosperity is not only the result of material efforts; it is deeply linked to an emotional state. Growing up in environments marked by pain and lack of love can impact self-esteem and behaviors that hinder prosperity-seeking efforts. To create a prosperous financial reality, it is essential to cultivate positive emotions, active habits, and confidence. Emotional harmony is the foundation for building a stable and satisfying financial life.

6. Maintaining Global Health Through Daily Practices

Health is not only physical; it starts in the emotional, mental, and vibrational body. Engaging in habits like complaining, focusing on scarcity, and harboring emotions can contribute to the onset of illnesses. A healthy mind promotes holistic health, generating well-being, fluidity in life, and longevity. Daily awareness of emotional and mental choices is fundamental to preserving global health.

In essence, taking care of health in the technological era involves consciously paying attention to the impacts of technology, managing spiritual influences, preserving the home as a sacred space, maintaining healthy relationships, cultivating emotional and financial prosperity, and practicing daily healthy mental habits. This holistic approach is essential to combat contemporary challenges and promote a balanced and healthy life.

Below are examples of diseases related to negative feelings and patterns

1. Stress-Related Muscle Tension

Stressful emotions can trigger muscle tightness that leads to discomfort in the back, neck, or shoulders. Chronic anxiety may result in muscle stiffness affecting posture.

2. Dealing with Headaches and Migraines

Feelings of anxiety, stress, and frustration can trigger headaches and migraines. Emotional tension may cause muscle contractions in the head and neck, resulting in physical discomfort.

3. Effects on Digestive Health

Our digestive system is quite sensitive to our emotions. Stress, in particular, can play a role in causing symptoms like stomach pain, cramps, constipation, or diarrhea.

4. Respiratory Challenges

Feelings of anxiety and fear have been known to trigger problems such as shallow breathing, a sense of breathlessness, or even panic attacks.

5. Influence on the Immune System

Our emotional state can influence the effectiveness of our immune system. Chronic stress, for instance, can weaken our body’s defenses, making us more susceptible to infections and diseases.

6. Sleep Troubles and Disorders

Studies on sleep patterns highlight the connection between stress and disturbances in sleep quality. They provide insights into the processes that contribute to insomnia during challenging situations.

7. Skin Reactions linked to Emotions

Research in dermatology points towards how negative emotions can affect the skin’s responses potentially worsening conditions like eczema, psoriasis, and acne.

8. Hypertension and Heart Health Concerns

Cardiovascular research suggests that chronic stress is associated with physiological changes contributing to the development of hypertension.

9. Pain Response

Emotions like anxiety and depression can influence pain perception. Individuals experiencing emotional distress often feel intensified physical pain, while those emotionally balanced may have a more controlled response to pain.

Often, even unconsciously, we use pain as a way to externalize what the soul cannot bear—sadness, lack of affection or care, or even fear from situations that have left marks on the soul. The body uses this pain as a means to express what emotionally cannot be endured anymore.
